Anderson and Associates, P.A. (A&A), strives to uplift and actively participate in the economic and social development of families and communities. In doing so, we understand the importance of bringing young people as interns into our company. High school and college students are exposed to a professional environment and engage with legal professionals, while acquiring the necessary skills to one day become a productive community member or leader in the world.
From 2020 through 2021, Nadia R. Gordon was an intern at A&A, while attending Crooms Academy of Information Technology, as a senior, in Sanford, Florida. While at A&A, Nadia was instrumental in assisting with the implementation and buildout of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which included creating intake forms and questionnaires for new clients. The system promotes office efficiency and works to keep the office updated with recent technological advances in client focused services.
Nadia also assisted in marketing activities, including the creation of the firm’s Instagram page and marketing materials for community engagement. Nadia further assisted in answering incoming client calls, providing general information, and scheduling appointments. She was able to gain exposure into various aspects of running a business including customer service, marketing and organizational efficiency. The ultimate crowning accomplishment, was that her service at A&A, allowed this scholar to obtain an NAFTrack Certification towards graduation, which is beautifully displayed as a gold stamp on her high school diploma. The NAFTrack Certification is designed by education and business leaders, as an employability credential that serves as a seal of college and career readiness. Nadia graduated in May 2021, Cum Laude and is on her way to pursuing a journalism degree at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. We were happy to participate in Nadia’s development and agree that Nadia is ready for the next level in life. She will do very well. We pray for her continued success.
