Veronica Anderson is the President and Chief Executive Officer, with experience in government, business, real estate and health laws. She has directed small business procurement programs at the city (of Orlando), county (Orange County, FL) and state (of Florida) levels and created a number of innovative programs that benefited the business community. She now practices law in Central Florida. In addition, Mrs. Anderson has a decade of experience with administrative law, federal regulations and numerous years in health law. She has formed hundreds of businesses and non-profit organizations and has provided general counsel and other legal services to healthcare providers.

Partnered with over 42 M/WBE Department Coordinators and Purchasing Officials. Coordinated with legislature and statewide local governmental authorities on minority business issues. Chaired a statewide task force to create reciprocal M/WBE certification program and signed on 62 partners to a reciprocal certification process.

Managed the County’s M/WBE Program. Conducted contract compliance, certified minority businesses and provided technical assistance. Served on committees to evaluate proposals, bid protest and to select consultants. Monitored contracts and mediated business procurement/contract disputes. Served as
Chairperson of a 4 Consortium to oversee the communities’ disparity study consultant and coordinated public hearings of the results.
